“Can You Help Me Stop My Agonizing Pain Fast?”

If you are looking to stop your nerve pain from keeping you out of action and stopping you from doing what you love, learn how leading nerve pain expert, Caren Lieberman, has helped people just like you. Caren has helped hundreds of people in Studio City struggling with nerve pain over the past few years, and here are just a few of their success stories…

What is The Best Patient Story of the Nerve Pain Expert in Studio City?

Throughout Caren’s physical therapy career, she has successfully treated thousands of nerve pain sufferers.

Due to her location in Studio City, LA, it’s not unusual that Caren works with a lot of people in the entertainment industry who make a living in front of a camera.

One success story in particular involved a client who had severe back pain and sciatica, but needed to attended the Grammy awards wearing high heels and a backless dress, meaning taping was not an option for her.

On the Sunday morning before the Grammys, Caren treated her using manual therapy, along with Amino Neuro Frequency (ANF) to reduce pain, remove inflammation, and provide resources to the body to help healing.

That afternoon, the world was glued to TV screens watching the Grammys pre-show, as celebrities arrived to walk the red carpet in their finest attire.

Caren’s client arrived looking glamorous, walking the carpet seemingly with ease and confidence, and showing off her back in the dress, without a shadow of the back pain and sciatica she had been suffering with just a matter of hours earlier.

All the pictures in every magazine and online were of her back and her looking back over her shoulder, with not a hint of pain showing on her face.

The following morning, she arrived at the clinic again, telling Caren that while she still felt some pain, Caren’s work helped to reduce that discomfort significantly.

Caren helped her make that happen, and the client was able to put on a performance.

But not everybody that Caren sees is an actor or performer. She sees many people who are unable to take weight on the affected leg, sometimes being carried in by a loved one, or using crutches and struggling with mobility.

Caren aims to bring down inflammation, because pain and inflammation dance together. By reducing inflammation levels, this changes what happens to their pain very significantly. The technique Caren uses, ANF, makes lasting changes well beyond just the time in the clinic.

Caren did ONE treatment on me... and I left feeling re-born. No vertigo. Incredible.

The consistent stellar reviews that you read here are completely in synch with my experience.

I have been to many physical therapists over the years and have NEVER encountered a therapist quite like Caren. She works with you one-on-one...you are evaluated and treated as an individual...she listens...she processes...she treats. She heals.

There is no 'factory mentality' that you find at PT centers....where you are treated in a way that "fits the bill" for insurance companies ....with a minimum of time spent doing treatment.

I've seen Caren with two completely different maladies...one for frozen shoulder...and one for vertigo.

I had a frozen shoulder over a year ago and spent 6 months in traditional PT with little improvement. When I developed a frozen shoulder on my other side...I sought out Caren...and I kid you not... after four sessions....she worked her magic..and I left pain free!!

Recently, after suffering from debilitating vertigo and seeing various doctors...Caren did ONE treatment on me... and I left feeling re-born. No vertigo. Incredible.

Her evaluation, treatment, follow-up.... her care, her concern....are over and beyond anything you can possibly imagine. She is a singular force.

I'm a total believer.

Her evaluation, treatment, follow-up.... her care, her concern....are over and beyond anything you can possibly imagine.

Caren Is a miracle worker. I can't describe her in any other way. Unlike any other physical therapist, she treats you and gives you tools to keep you better.

I came to Caren with major splitting headaches and shoulder pain. She taught me how to fend off the headaches and tuned me in to what was triggering them. She helped me with an old shoulder injury. It caused me pain and she showed me that I was lacking strength in certain muscles. And showed me exercises to strengthen the area. She is a miracle.

I would recommend her to everyone I know. And there are many more people who go to her whom have said the same. She will help you feel like New.

An even bigger example of her amazing work would be my son. Sam has benign bone tumors that have shorten some of his joints. And he has leg length discrepancy
Which is when one of your legs is more than an inch longer than the other. Caren worked with him. She did exercises with him. And now he walks straighter.

He has more strength in his back and hips to be able to have a happier life day to day.

Thank you Caren for all you do.

Your mileage may differ, but in my case, I got a heck of a lot of therapeutic distance out of each visit.

Even though I am a 70 year old skeptic with atherosclerosis, I was open to alternative methods of physical therapy because as helpful as standard modality therapy helps, they really seemed to require too much physical motion and repetitive tweaking of the methodology.

Being as old as I am, and actually having worked in the health industry for part of my IT career, I was able to make observations about many physicians and therapists, and their approaches to help solve a patient's problem.

The one thing that I found common in their fields as well as in many other trades and professions, is that experience counts. Good and bad experiences (yes, bad ones too), when recorded, remembered and analyzed, usually improves one's skills. Repetitive trial and error and successes is key.

Although I have enjoyed the youthful vigor, pride and enthusiasm of young medical professionals, long term experience can make the difference between good diagnoses, good modalities and great ones.

Things that may be overlooked during an eager to serve diagnosis, can usually be picked up by the experienced eye.
With that in mind, I selected Caren's Studio to help me cope with some lower back, shoulder, neck and sacrum issues.

I knew her practice was not covered by Medicare and my Anthem Supplemental, but I had a good feeling that Caren had more patience and experience than the popular youthful clinics I was reviewing. Sure, those others may be great for another set of patients, but in my case, I had to err on the side of historically based experience and knowledge.
It was a great choice and it went well with each visit.

Caren takes a holistic approach, and yes, I was at first hesitant. However, one conversation over the phone with her, and I had to give her the opportunity to treat my aging musculo-skeletal components.

She is truly a one on one practitioner. This studio is not an assembly line of therapists and trainers.

The treatments utilized a combination of simple conventional exercises, pilates exercises, and ANF modality. She also emphasizes a good diet and a good deal of fluids.

Regarding this ANF modality, you may wonder how a series of small circular band aid type patches can work on your body without any external or chemical stimulation. I said to myself, okay, I'll see if this helps in the next few days after my first therapy visit.

I wasn't even thinking about the patches she applied to my neck and shoulder areas because I was focused on the exercises she was having me practice and remember. There was no sensation whatsoever and they just felt like your standard band-aids.
However, I realized after 20 minutes that I could turn my head side to side beyond the original limited range of rotation. My neck was super stiff when I walked in for this first visit. Caren measured this initial range and we tried again at the end of the session. The improvement was impressive. Was I a believer? Maybe. After 3 more visits, yes.

This ANF therapy, combined with Caren's exercise recommendations, has greatly improved my ability to drive safely (I could not turn my head to check my blind spots) and again exercise with confidence on my rowing machine.

My neck has been improving since and by 4 weeks, it was just shy of normal. The other issues with my back improved and went away.

Your mileage may differ, but in my case, I got a heck of a lot
of therapeutic distance out of each visit.

Please contact Caren if you would like to try this novel and innovative modality. Her personality will also put you at ease so your heart rate should drop to a meditative level during your session.

My mother referred to Caren Lieberman for physical therapy. I was having trouble with my knee for many years and I knew it was time to get it checked out.

My injury was not very serious, but I knew that I needed to put in the time and effort in to correct the injury.

I had heard great things about Caren and she was the first person I wanted to see.

Caren’s professionalism and expertise helped me resolve my issue in a timely manner.

She is someone who I enjoyed seeing multiple times a week.

She thoroughly explained my knee issue, with pictures, and was more than willing to answer any questions that I had.

She is up to date and knowledgable about all the current physical therapy exercises and techniques.

Every time I went in she had me continue what I was doing as well as pushed me to try new and different exercises, which allowed my body to heal quicker.

Sometimes, I didn’t trust myself or my knee to do the exercises she wanted me to do, but I trusted Caren and what she told me.

She is very personable and kind and I would highly recommend her to others.

Caren is honest, caring, and now the first person I would go to with any questions or concerns about my physical wellbeing.

I've been working with Caren on my knee for four weeks and have nothing but good things to say.

I have had mild knee and back pain for the last five years but after my first week at her studio and working on the exercises she gave me for home I noticed a significant change in my pain level, standing posture, and comfort in movement.

Caren has a wealth of knowledge, has lent me books and equipment, told me where to buy equipment and materials at the cheapest price, and has given my wife direction to assist in exercises that require an extra set of hands at home.

Caren is honest, caring, and now the first person I would go to with any questions or concerns about my physical wellbeing.

I'm so glad I reached out to her when I did. I'm much more comfortable and pain-free on my feet, sitting, and sleeping.
